Streamers can pin live auctions to their Blaze streams. You can review the item, place bids using USDC or BLAZE, and finalize the purchase if you win.
Auction items are delivered manually by the streamer. Read the item and delivery information carefully, and bid only when you understand the terms and trust the seller.

Find and Review an Auction

  1. Open a Blaze channel where the streamer has pinned an auction.
  2. Open the auction card from the stream or chat to see the full details.
  3. Review the description, image, delivery type, delivery deadline, seller instructions, current bid, minimum next bid, and time remaining.

Before You Bid

  • Check your Blaze Wallet: You need enough of the auction's selected currency—USDC or BLAZE—to place your bid.
  • Understand manual delivery: The streamer is responsible for delivering the item. Blaze does not deliver it or guarantee fulfillment.
  • Protect sensitive information: A legitimate delivery should never require your password, wallet recovery phrase, or private key.
  • Check device availability: Some actions for digital items and NFTs may be unavailable in the Blaze iOS app. Use Blaze on the web for the full auction experience. Availability may vary by region.

Place a Bid

  1. Select the auction's Place Bid action.
  2. Enter at least the displayed Minimum Next Bid, or select one of the quick-bid amounts.
  3. Check the manual-delivery acknowledgement to confirm that you understand the streamer is responsible for fulfillment.
  4. Select Place Bid to confirm.
Bids update live. If another viewer bids while the window is open, Blaze refreshes the current bid and shows the new minimum. A bid placed in the final 30 seconds can extend the auction by 30 seconds.

Track Your Auction Bids

Open your profile menu and select Purchases, or go to blaze.stream/purchases. The Auction Bids section shows your bid, the current bid, time remaining, and whether you are the highest bidder, outbid, or ready to finalize.

If You Win: Finalize the Auction

Winning the auction is not the final step. You must finalize it to complete payment and send the seller the information needed for delivery. The seller cannot deliver your item until you finish this step.
  1. Open the winner prompt from the stream, or find the auction marked Ready to finalize under Purchases.
  2. Select Finalize.
  3. Read the seller's delivery instructions carefully.
  4. Enter the requested information for the seller.
  5. Select Finalize Auction to complete payment and create the order.

What Information Should You Provide?

  • Physical item: Provide the shipping address and delivery notes requested by the seller.
  • Digital item: Provide the username, email, license, or account information needed for delivery.
  • NFT: Provide a compatible public wallet address and the supported network requested by the seller.
Never provide a password, wallet recovery phrase, or private key. Review your information before finalizing, especially shipping addresses and public wallet addresses.

Track Delivery or a Refund

  • Pending Delivery: Payment is complete and the streamer should deliver within the displayed timeframe.
  • Delivered: The streamer marked the order as delivered.
  • Refunded: The order was cancelled and a full refund was issued.
Blaze sends a notification when an order is delivered or refunded. You can return to Purchases at any time to review the seller instructions, information you provided, price, expected delivery, and current status.
