How to Add Funds to Your Blaze Wallet

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Your Blaze Wallet is where you hold USDC and BLAZE to tip, subscribe, and use Backstage features.

You can add funds by sending crypto from an exchange (like Binance, Coinbase, Kraken) or from your own wallet.

This article explains how the “Add Funds” window works and how to safely deposit.

Where to Find “Add Funds”

  1. Log in to Blaze Stream.

  2. Click on Wallet in the navigation. https://blaze.stream/wallet

  3. At the top of the page, click Add Funds (down arrow icon).

  4. A window opens with:

    • A QR code

    • Your Blaze wallet address (encoded in the QR)

This address belongs to your Blaze Wallet (custodial wallet managed by Blaze).

Very Important: What You Can Send

In the Add Funds window, you’ll see a yellow “Important” box. Here’s what it means in simple terms:

  • Supported networks

    • Avalanche C-Chain

    • Blaze Chain

  • Supported tokens

    • USDC

    • BLAZE

  • Do NOT send

    • Bitcoin, ETH, SOL, NFTs, memecoins, or any tokens other than USDC or BLAZE

    • Tokens on wrong networks (BEP20 BNB Chain, Ethereum mainnet, etc.)

If you send the wrong token or send on the wrong network, funds may be lost and can’t be recovered.

🧾 Option 1: Add Funds From Binance (Step-by-Step)

Here’s a simple example of adding funds from Binance to your Blaze Wallet.

Step 1 – Buy USDC or BLAZE on Binance

  1. Log in to your Binance account.

  2. Buy USDC using your preferred method (card, P2P, spot, etc.).

Step 2 – Open the Add Funds Window on Blaze

  1. On Blaze, go to Wallet → Add Funds.

  2. You’ll see a QR code and (if you click/hover) your wallet address.

You can either:

  • Scan the QR code from the Binance app, or

  • Copy the address and paste it into Binance.

Step 3 – Withdraw From Binance to Your Blaze Wallet

On Binance:

  1. Go to Wallet → Withdraw.

  2. Choose USDC (or BLAZE if you bought that).

  3. Paste your Blaze wallet address (from the Add Funds window), or scan the QR.

  4. Select the network:

    • Choose Avalanche C-Chain (often shown as AVAX C-Chain or AVAX-C).

    • ❌ Do not pick BNB Chain, Ethereum, or any other network.

  5. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.

  6. Confirm the withdrawal.

Binance will show a confirmation screen and then broadcast the transaction.

Step 4 – Wait for Confirmation & Incoming Deposits

After a short time:

  1. The funds arrive on Avalanche C-Chain at your Blaze-linked address.

  2. Blaze detects them and shows them under “Incoming Deposits” on the Wallet page:

    • e.g. X USDC from Avalanche

  3. Click Complete to finalize the deposit.

    • Blaze will handle the bridge/backend step.

    • When it’s done, your USDC/BLAZE will appear under Blaze Wallet Assets.

Now you’re ready to tip, subscribe, or activate Backstage Passes.

Option 2: Add Funds From a Self-Custody Wallet

If you’re using a wallet like MetaMask, Rabby or Core:

  1. Make sure you’re on Avalanche C-Chain or Blaze Chain.

  2. In Blaze, open Wallet → Add Funds and copy your address or scan the QR.

  3. From your wallet, send:

    • Only USDC or BLAZE

    • On Avalanche C-Chain or Blaze Chain only

  4. Once confirmed, Blaze will detect the funds, show them under Incoming Deposits, and you can click Complete to move them fully into your Blaze Wallet.

Quick Safety Checklist

Before you click Confirm on any withdrawal:

  • Is the token USDC or BLAZE?

  • Is the network set to Avalanche C-Chain (or Blaze Chain if you’re advanced)?

  • Did you use the exact address or QR from the Add Funds window?

If all three are yes ✅, you’re good.

If you’re ever unsure, start with a very small test amount first.
