1. Introduction

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy describes how Blaze Lans (“Blaze,” “we,” “our”) handles claims of copyright infringement on Blaze Stream (the “Service”). Blaze complies with the DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512, and will remove or disable access to material alleged to infringe copyrights upon receipt of a valid notice.

2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA notice, you must provide Blaze’s Designated Agent with a written communication containing the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate it on the Service (e.g., URL or stream link).

  4. Contact information for the complaining party, including name, address, phone number, and email.

  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to Blaze’s Designated Agent. The counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located (or in Wyoming if you are outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the DMCA notice or their agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Blaze may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action within ten (10) business days.

4. Repeat Infringement

Blaze may terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
